ApneaLinkTM
ApneaLink™ with oximetry is a simple, cost-effective screening device for sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) that’s designed to help you objectively identify more patients at risk for obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). This device is key for early identification, effective therapy and improved patient care because it provides quick access to the treatment care path. It’s easy to use, and automatically analyses and derives AHI, flow limitation, snoring and oxygen desaturation index. The pulse oximeter provides two additional channels of information — pulse and pulse oximetry.
Key features
- Patient convenience. This user-friendly device can be used in the patient’s home.
- Improved patient care. ApneaLink identifies intra-hospital pre-operative patients at risk for OSA, thereby reducing poor outcomes and liability.
- Ease of use. It auto-generates a simple, easy-to-interpret report with a color-keyed risk indicator, pulse and oximetry signals, detailed SpO2 information and Cheyne–Stokes respiration (CSR) probability.
- Efficiency. The ApneaLink enables referral sources to easily and objectively determine whether to refer a patient for further evaluation.
