Will it hurt?

Resmed sleep test is not an invasive test. It’s a simple strap on device. No needles or pricking. Simply wear it and sleep comfortably in your own bed. 

Do I need a doctor’s prescription?

You should always consult a doctor to check if a home sleep test is suitable for you. You may the home sleep test services book directly. Our sleep coaches** guide you for next steps.

How long does it take?

Resmed home sleep test is a simple 1-night test that you can conduct by yourself in the comfort of your home. Simply wear it and sleep and let it do its magic! 

When will I get my report?

Usually, the report gets delivered in first 24-48 hours.  

What to expect in my report?

Check for your vitals and AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index), breathing patterns, sleep cycles and oxygen levels. Discuss the reports with our coaches. You can also consult your doctor.  

What if I don’t have Sleep Apnea?

Our sleep coaches will help you with other general guidance on sleep management techniques and guide you further. The test allows you to study your risk levels using the Apnea Hypopnea Index.
